What you can expect

Parasailing is one of the best ways to enjoy the Gold Coast on a sunny day! Imagine the thrill of floating 100 metres above the stunning skyline and cruising over the sparkling sea, with a friend (or a few!)

Your adventure kicks off with a quick video and a chat from the crew as the boat glides through Surfers Paradise. When it’s your turn, you'll be strapped into a tandem parasail. From the launch platform, you'll be gently winched up, reaching a height of 100 metres. Just sit back, relax, and soak in the views!

While you are in the air, you will have 360° views ranging from the Surfers Paradise skyline to South Stradbroke and WaveBreak Islands and around to the mountains of the Gold Coast hinterland, including Springbrook and Tambourine Mountains. After an 8-minute ride, you'll be safely winched back onto the boat. It’s the safest way to parasail and an unforgettable experience.

You can fly solo if you like however it's recommended you fly tandem with a friend or two, as this experience is too good not to be shared!

Duration
  • Approximately 8 minutes of flying time. Allow up to 1 hour and 45 minutes hours on the boat, once your flight has finished you will get to enjoy the boat ride while watching dolphins and turtles swim by

  • Not suitable for pregnant women, back or neck injuries, or heart conditions. Any prior or existing medical conditions that may be aggravated by undertaking this activity must be disclosed prior to the commencement
  • Anyone under 18 years old are required to have their liability forms signed by a parent/guardian
  • Minimum age is 6 years of age and children under 12 must fly with an adult, and must be over 22kgs
  • The maximum weight for parasailing is 200kg combined
  • Solo parasailing: participants must be between 60kgs and 140 kgs
  • Tandem & Triple parasailing: maximum weight is 200kgs
  • Parasailing observer is $30 subject to availability. Payable at the time of check-in directly with the supplier
  • Minimum number of passengers is required for the tour to run therefore booking times may be subject to change
  • A 10% surcharge for Public Holidays
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
  • The provider reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, to alter departure times, substitute vessels, and /or cancel or reschedule the activity at any time
  • All activities may be subject to weather conditions and if an activity is cancelled due to weather the provider will attempt to reschedule the activity
