  • Children under 7 and pregnant women are not allowed to participate
  • Maximum weight limit of 140kg per passenger
  • Passengers need to be able to climb into the basket, and stand for the hour's flight
  • The flight path is subject to change without notice with the decision being made by the pilot with the safety of the customers in mind
  • The flight time can slightly alter on the day, should the weather conditions hinder the safety of the balloon flight
  • All passengers must be fit and well with no significant knee, hip or back problems, broken bones, recent surgeries, are able to stand unassisted for 1 hour and are not pregnant
