Save the early rise and instead travel in the afternoon on this two hour Augusta whale watching cruise departing at 2pm. Embarking on a whale watching cruise and getting up close to these incredible animals is an experience not to be missed, especially when visiting the south west Western Australia region. The water surrounding Augusta is a mecca for marine life and the migrating whales have caught on to that, as travelling Humpbacks, Southern Right and even Minke Whales frequent the beautiful area on their northern and southern migrations.
On this cruise you'll be able to watch these giant creatures propel themselves out of the water as they breach, spy hop and just simply play around in the water around the boat. Tours depart daily between May and August at 2pm from the Augusta Boat Harbour. Passengers are asked to bring warm clothing as it can get quite cold on the water and of course, your camera to capture this incredible experience.
